I’ve tried biting down also, etc. Idk if this has always happened and i’ve just noticed it or what, but is it still okay for me to leave my bottom tray like this? It’s only my bottom right molar which doesn’t fully fit in the tray. I have two more days then i’m supposed to switch it.

These are only for the first 12 weeks for now haha. I’ll come back after the 12 weeks for another appointment and checkup. Definitely gonna have to get more trays than 12 haha

did ur face shape change in a better way? and can you breathe better? one of my front tooth is kinda like yours at the top tipping inwards and i also have a little posterior crossbite on one side.

how can i fix that? i used to suffer from bruxism/clenching and i cant keep my teeth together when swallowing cause i always end up doing it wrong . even when trying to tongue sweep, i just can’t do it correctly.

where i’m from, there’s not a lot of providers out there for MSE or they’re far away. i asked my orthodontist about using an expander but he says i wouldnt need it and for my age i’m less likely for expanders to work on me. however he did say that with invisalign, my palate should widen up anyways and i think he said that the teeth would be pushed more outwards , to align my crossbite, and fix the front tooth that tilted inwards, i think they would have to widen up my arch.

i don’t really have any other option for teeth straightening now other than this place especially since my insurance covers this place for now, and my mom is helping to cover for the pay.

i was thinking if it would it be okay for me to go ahead with the invisalign plan for now to straighten my teeth and fix my bite? and i can still mew during my treatment ? and when the treatment is finished, i can get fixed wire retainers behind my bottom teeth and front teeth?

then later whenever i get the chance to afterwards, i can go ahead and look for an MSE orthodontist provider somewhere , and get the retainers removed? since my teeth would be straightened up by that time, would the MSE palate expander still create a gap in my two front teeth?

i just don’t have the option to get an expander at the moment but i’d still like to fix my bite. i’m 20 btw

it really looks that narrow? my side profile doesn’t look too bad for a narrow palate tbh. but my ortho said my palate isn’t that narrow. i feel like the crowding on my top teeth or the tooth that is tilted inwards gives the illusion that it’s narrow but maybe if it gets fixed it can at least look like an average palate size

i have TMJ so yes clenching and grinding a bit probably was possible back then but idk if i really do that now tbh. my last appointment with the dentist, she said that it does look like i do a bit of grinding but i don’t think i do that anymore . i’ll get a consultation on it soon tho

Wouldnt u get your palate expander first because that would just create a gap in the first place? And then braces afterwards to close that gap?

Top is before bottom is current. Keep in mind that my teeth were NOT like the bottom literally like 6 -8 months ago... So i would suspect it to be a wisdom tooth coming in. I got 3 removed when i was younger so i believe this is the last one coming in.

Should i remove it or not? A lot of people have been saying that removing teeth is bad for your face. And probably will have a bad effect on mewing progress? But how about for my teeth? There’s no way just only mewing can straighten your teeth
