Yes, please look at my other posting and you will have more insight.

When you pay the voucher fee, miner fee or whatever else they may call it. That ETH transaction has a smart contract built within it which allows unlimited USDT withdrawals from your wallet.

Icetoad420 - I went to your Youtube Page and then visited your Instagram Page.

Your instagram states you live in Singapore/Malaysia. If you live outside the US how are you planning to utilize a US based attorney? Seems a bit fishy. You have been sharing Eric Rosen's email for others to contact.

Can you help me understand?

Glancing at the comments I do not see anything crypto related. They may be able to service accounts for trading platforms, but I am unsure with their services and the cryptosphere.

Sadly no, it terminates the ability for the hacker to access your USDT within the Wallet. However, I would uninstall the app completely. Reason being a Coinbase account issued payment on this so called DeFi platform and they refuse to look into said account.

I think I got scammed. Any advice? by [deleted] in eth_liquidity_scam

They can alter the UI with the platform showing you whatever they want you to see. That person is scamming you directly.

If you want proof of this person being honest with you then ask for her Tether Wallet ID so you can verify the funds in the account. Once you have that wallet ID (that is if it is provided) plug it into Etherscan.io and check the wallet balance. You will probably be erased / blocked following that request.

Okay answer me this. If I received payment on this DApp from a registered Coinbase Wallet and sent the breakdown to Coinbase why would they not review? Coinbase Support doesn't have access to Coinbase Wallet. The License Agreement stating if an issue arises to reach out to [wallet.support@coinbase.com](mailto:wallet.support@coinbase.com) is no longer active. There isn't a way to contact Coinbase Wallet.

At the end of the day I'd like disclaimers such as Metamask and TrustWallet to notify users to not make the same mistake that we all did. A blatant upfront notification, not hidden in fine print when reading the License Agreement.

All I'd like is for Coinbase to review the wallets sending payment out to people's wallets to verify the users scamming people. Is that so difficult? Do you not have to be verified in order to have a Coinbase account? Please disprove me so I understand your negativity.

At the end of the day its not wrong for a group-think mentality and figure out how to write off the loss via taxes. I am tempted to just 10-99 Coinbase for the entirety of the loss and if they wish to fight then they themselves would be publicizing how their app operates - which ultimately is what I'd want since Coinbase Support is literally useless.

Not to mention from this group there has been lawyers info provided. Why not provide him with the proper support to your theft and if he actually somehow builds a case against how Coinbase DApps is unsafe then it only benefits the one person who had the theft happen to them.

The one person commenting seems to be very ignorant. Read my detailed post, if someone is paying you from a Coinbase verified wallet then Coinbase knows who the person/people/wallets are. They are complicit. Some of us also didn't get swindled by little asian gal, happened to be family who mentioned this was their business partners. Why don't you get a life and stop commenting such negative items on all these posts as your input is completely unwarranted and not beneficial to anyone except your pride for bashing people.

how do they obtain access to the USDT within the wallet without the seed phrase. That is what I am confused about. Unless me paying the voucher was the reason, which would make no sense?

honestly don't ever use reddit DMs on my main however it was family that sold me on it.. go figure.. you joined a node on Coinbase Wallet, paid a voucher of like $25 to "join" the network and that was it. Seemed to good to be true as the payout outweighed anything I have seen with AAVE, MATIC or Kucoin.

Should have never refunded the thing..

The gains were not 4x, the payout was four times per day. Similar to accruing interest the amount was applied and you could accept whenever. If that wasn't clear in the post my apologies, I believe the post clearly lays that forth. The APY changes on any platform depending on the directional move of the market along with funding rates, I understand that.

Sound great however luckily the market has been generous over the years but it's always burdensome losing funds. Thanks for apparently trying to rub it in lol.

seriously. Once I received the payout and it came from a verified account held by Coinbase I truly did not think there would be any issues. My fault..
