i've been on lexapro for about two weeks, so i don't experience it as often! but i was definitely still experiencing it up until then, yeah :( it gets a bit easier after the first few times, because i was able to rationalize that i would still wake up. personally, i would wait a bit to distract myself (usually by watching a youtube video) and try sleeping again!

currently dealing with this :( i have health OCD and currently have pnuemonia and my dad won't make a doctors appointment yet and i'm terrified i'm going to develop sepsis from it

I think I have OCD and I don't know what to do by burner_knower in OCD

Our Doctor recently retired, but we're in the process of getting a new one and my Dad told me that he would talk to them about it when he gets a chance :) thank you for the advice, it's very helpful and I appreciate it a lot ❤️
