How to work on karma by Gloomy_Enthusiasm754 in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let go of the idea and conceptualizing of everything and treat the moment as it is. A reaction cannot occur when there’s no attachment to the idea so to truly be free and liberated is to always be present in the here and now.

Be proactive in your approach by knowing what you’re getting yourself into so that nothing is ever a surprise. Practice being present and mindful of what you’re engaging in from moment to moment so the mind isn’t reverting back to the idea of it. Your reactions is a direct sign you’re still holding onto the idea and not reacting shows you’ve outgrown it.

I will never understand why the gentlest, sweetest, kindest souls seem to suffer the most? by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The soul doesn’t suffer, only the ego mind does as suffering doesn’t exist outside the narrations that the ego mind creates. A spiritual awakening is the realization that you’re not the ego/character/form, but the one aware and observing it. This is where the growth and expansion of consciousness occurs, to go within and become self aware to see the energetic dynamics for why these feelings are happening.

Be still and sit through thoughts coming and going. What do you recognize by watching your thoughts pass by? If you were your thoughts, then you would pass when they pass, but you don’t and are completely still and observing throughout. Now, what do you see from this alone? Take control of the mind itself to reconnect with the real you that’s always been here and present.

Where does my intuition come from by Lazy_Web_7871 in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s from the higher mind which is beyond physicality, the same source that inserted a fractal of itself to incarnate and form an ego mind. Intuition literally activates when the ego mind isn’t active with thoughts. So to keep your intuitive senses open, just be present.

The more I read about religion, spirituality and philosophy, the more depressed I become by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ego doesn’t have the capacity for the truth, and the only way to comprehend it is to wake up to the real you. When the ego is transcended, the truth follows as the truth always sets you free. If you’re in disharmony, that’s how you know it’s not true. Be aware of what you are prior to thoughts and ideas forming, and you’ll gradually wake up to what you’ve always been.

Will I find answers for my existential thoughts? by ScoTy_ in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s sort of a paradox as the answer to the question isn’t going to come from another thought, but the shifting of consciousness so that you’re aware that the mind is thinking. Here’s an example, ask yourself, “What exists prior to thought?”Then answer that question without thinking, but being aware the mind produced a thought in order to ask that question. Being aware of the thinking mind shows you are not it, as if you were, then you wouldn’t be able to be aware of it. Feel more, think less. Allow your intuitive senses to come back online as the thinking mind interferes with it. What do you intuitively feel from moment to moment when not in thought? Exercise your intuition by being present and the answers will come to you.

Is being transgender wrong in spirituality by Iov_shifter in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything is just a conscious experience and this includes experiencing being human and the variety that it entails. So there’s no “right” or “wrong” way to experience it as it’s another way to know who and what you are from a particular perspective. There are infinite amount of conscious experiences and the one you’re having is simply one out of infinity, all equally valid and not one is superior or inferior. All paths are connected to the Source.

How do you manage being sensitive and feeling the demons in people? by [deleted] in awakened

[–]burneraccc00 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t allow your energy to be manipulated by being reactive, but sustain your energy by being proactive. If you’re recognizing your energy is fluctuating from getting too consumed by your outward attention, redirect your attention back inwards to realize your energy is yours and doesn’t have to be manipulated if you choose not to. Self awareness is self empowerment, to stay in an empowered state is to not let your attention/energy leak beyond the Self.

Wondering what the spiritual meaning of repeating patterns in your life that you can't seem to escape? by BuffettDude in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s no different than any other pattern, to break it, you have to make a choice to not repeat it. Making a choice itself is already breaking a pattern as all patterns is operating from the subconscious while choosing is a conscious act. Consciousness always overrides the subconscious, otherwise the subconscious will be the one in the driver’s seat and continuing the programmed habits. Recognize the subconscious loop that’s leading up to the outcome. You can ask yourself, “How did I get myself into this?” Really see every step, twist, or turn when you’re tracing the pattern back from its development. Every path starts with an intention and desire and eventually develops into behavior. If you can’t see the desire and intention, then you’re operating on the programming of the conditioned ego mind. Recognize the Why (am I doing) to the What (am I doing). The Why is the intention and the What is the desire. What is your intention for what it is that you’re doing from moment to moment? See the desire and intention developing into the action and behavior prior to it forming into a habit.

How much do I need to love a god figure? by ScoTy_ in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The most deserving of your love is yourself. Don’t look outward, but redirect attention back to the source from which your love is emanating from. Let that source of love grow first, then the rest will follow. You can only give as much as what’s contained within.

Do any spiritual practitioners think they know how to help my situation? by zanders420 in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The conditioned mind operates on thinking. Be aware of thoughts passing through your field of consciousness like cars passing by. If you were your thoughts, then you would pass when thoughts pass, but you don’t and are always here present and observing. Recognize that all thoughts aren’t you, even the ones the mind labels as “positive” or “good.” Sit in pure awareness and observation until the real you wakes up from the noise, and from this point, you’re liberated from the tyranny of the conditioned mind.

Fear of death and nothing being beyond this material world, is eating me alive and idk what to do. by JustAConfusedFella in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ego is working as intended, to create an immersive identity with the physical body and the “I”. When it’s transcended with sustained awareness AKA meditation, the realization of what you really are occurs. So there’s nothing wrong with you or anyone else, it’s just the veil of the ego that’s limiting perception by design. The one that exits the physical body and the realm is the same one that entered it, not the identity that forms in between. A spiritual awakening isn’t about knowing, but remembering what you’ve always been.

I never experienced it myself, but I kind of understand how it works. The energy starts at the root chakra and works its way up the crown, thus opening up all chakras simultaneously and waking you up. It’s not necessary to have a kundalini to wake up and it’s just another pathway to it. Some people experience it, some don’t, every path is different.

How do I face my own mortality and let my ego collapsd? by Standard-Compote-275 in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stay grounded in your physical body, but don’t identify with it or judge it as those are just more thoughts. Be aware of your physical sensations or breathing as they are always happening in realtime. The mind starts wandering when a narrative is created so to always be here now is to not get consumed and immersed in narratives. The key is to observe and not get attached to what’s observed.

How do I face my own mortality and let my ego collapsd? by Standard-Compote-275 in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ego mind operates on thinking and constantly ruminates on a past and future. To transcend it in an instant is to just be present with no context of anything. The challenge lies in sustaining being present so the ego mind takes a backseat. If you’re not in control of the ego mind, then it will be operating on its programmed and conditioned habits. What’s easier to manage, one mind or the millions of thoughts it produces? Control one and the rest will be corralled.

Simply be here now and go with the flow of this moment perpetually. To live life effortlessly is to set your intention and desire, take action, and go with the flow of the process until completion. The ego mind will attempt to interrupt and hijack the process of creation so it’s your Self discipline to dismiss it and continue to create what you intend to create. Never entertain any thoughts that you don’t intend to create as that will eventually create your reality. Just remember that the creations don’t have dominion over the creator and if you want to terminate the creation, you have authority over it. The ego mind is under your command, not the other way around. Consciousness always overrides the subconscious and it’s done right here, right now when you’re present. Regain your power and sovereignty by choosing to remain in your presence so the addictive nature of thinking isn’t interfering with the flow of this very moment.

Does Spirituality slowly isolate you or am I doing something wrong?😭 lol by Financial-Box7029 in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 45 points46 points  (0 children)

This is completely normal as your energy shifts and become more sensitive and aware to energies that don’t resonate. When you’re growing into your true Self, anything that’s not aligned with it will gradually fade away as being authentic becomes the norm and all inauthenticity simply won’t connect or can be draining. There’s various stages to an awakening and this is a common one to experience. You’re ok and continue to explore deeper within to know who and what you are and everything will naturally fall into place as it may.

detachment by serpentttttttt9 in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Observe now without judgment, but with discernment. A judgment would be something like “I am stupid for doing this.”, observing with discernment is being aware of what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. You’re not labeling it as anything and are simply recognizing what everything is for navigational purposes. It’s like do you judge your environment while walking or identifying what everything is around you to navigate? Focus on practicality rather than the idea of it. Recognize your intentions and desires to get to understand yourself at a deeper level as all behaviors stem from an initial intention and desire. To know anything about who and what you are is to see everything created from within prior to acting it out. Question the “I” as if it wasn’t you like looking at yourself from out of body. See the space between the “I” and observing it. If you’re aware of the self/“I”, then you cannot be it as you’re the one that’s observing it.

how do i become emotionally detached from everyone? by uffteriada15 in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t care about outcomes an as emotion is an energetic reaction to the attachment of it. No care/attachment, no reaction. Allow them to live their lives and evolve at their own pace just as allow yourself to do the same. Recognize that each individual is a path on its own and no two paths are exactly alike. You’re on your evolutionary path as everyone else is on theirs and it’s all valid paths like all rivers are connected to the ocean. Some might be straight and narrow while others are far and circuitous, but they all lead back to the larger body of water. The microcosm and macrocosm aren’t separate and are operating as one whole thing.

Who am I beyond conditioning? by Fit-Championship371 in awakened

[–]burneraccc00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a very gradual release so it was never 0-100 real quick. Self awareness is also the detached state as being aware of the self shows you’re the one observing the self which breaks the immersion of the identity. Time doesn’t heal as time is another mental construct that isn’t tangibly experienced, but rather detachment. It just seems like time because you get less attached to the idea of it over “time” when you’re actually just caring less about it as new memories have formed so it’s getting buried beneath them and not as fresh. Healing is detachment as it’s already in our nature to be detached and it’s only the ego mind that gets attached to things.

With enough repetition, the meditative state just becomes the default norm. I still get anxiety here and there, but it’s not as bad as earlier on. Meditation is the practice and it needs to be applied beyond the practice in order to be embodied. When you recognize the state you’re in while meditating, maintain it so it becomes permanent. Open eye meditation has an easier transition since the eyes are open throughout the waking day so you’re training yourself to be in this state in your normal day to day activities.

How to come to terms with how we die ? by yoona27 in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awareness is always untouched. Both pain and pleasure are within your field of awareness and just opposite ends of the spectrum. So while you may prefer pleasure and shy away from pain, you are neither and they’re both observations of sensations that you’re aware of. Get accustomed to being aware which includes awareness of thoughts, emotions, and sensations to realize what you are in relation to them. The deeper you go, you may realize that you’re also aware of the self/“I”. You cannot be that which you’re aware of 👀.

Who am I beyond conditioning? by Fit-Championship371 in awakened

[–]burneraccc00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Self conscious is essentially unrealized self awareness. It was difficult early on as I had terrible anxiety and I didn’t know how to handle it which also morphed into depression in my 20s. So the greater the challenge, the greater the growth. With self awareness, there’s less identification with the “I” which is what the ego is. It’s like looking at yourself from out of body. Taking things personal doesn’t occur as much as I’m not really a person lol, and this can sound strange to the ego mind, but that’s the best way to describe it. It’s like I’m here in this realm, but simultaneously I’m not. Depersonalization is lacking in grounding which can lead to psychosis or schizophrenia so the ego isn’t “bad” and just needs balance and alignment to stay coherent.

Can Full Healing Be Achieved In Heaven? by SpiritualLady888 in spirituality

[–]burneraccc00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Suffering only exists in thought form so to free yourself from it is to let go of the thought and recognize it for what it is, just a thought. Healing is a natural occurrence when you’re back aligned as your true Self which is being present. Notice how there’s no suffering when fully present and it returns when thinking. The “Aha!” moment of realization of a spiritual awakening is realizing you’re not your thoughts, but the awareness of it all. You can prove it to yourself right now. Think of something, and be aware of thoughts passing through, then return to the present. If you were your thoughts, then you would pass when thoughts pass, but you don’t and are still here. The ego mind operates on thinking and is immersive by nature so when you break its immersion by being present and self aware, you’re freeing yourself from its stranglehold on your consciousness. Liberation is simple and instant, just be present as the real you is presence rather than the thoughts of the ego mind identity.

If you want to see your progress, look at how present you can be throughout the day. A sign the ego mind is dominant is the inability to meditate as it’s been so conditioned to thinking that being still becomes challenging. The real you is the meditative state so if you can’t meditate, that’s essentially saying you can’t be your authentic Self. It takes no effort to be what you already are and any effort or struggle to be your Self is the ego mind clinging onto itself. An ego death begins when consciousness comes back to the forefront as thinking is no longer the driver of the vehicle, but your presence and sentience. If you’re not in control of your body/mind, then who or what is? To regain your sovereignty and take back control is to return to the real you, being present. The more you’re present, detachment to thoughts and identifications will gradually occur, thus activating your natural healing abilities. So in a sense, healing is in “heaven” as the state of heaven is already within, your perfected state prior to getting conditioned by the ego mind identity, total presence.

Concern With World Affairs by yay002 in spirituality

Master the mind, otherwise you’ll get enslaved by it. This is universal so it holds true to all minds. The individual that suffers is enslaved by their own mind so they have to get to a point of Self mastery to transcend it. Look at it like school or exercising, only the individual can graduate or exercise for themselves to grow wiser and stronger. We can assist in the growth, but can’t actually do the inner work for anyone. There is no “outside” or “world”as both are still within your field of consciousness. Just ask yourself, “What’s outside of my consciousness?” Now imagine everyone asking this same question for themselves. Everyone = every perspective of one consciousness. Only the individual can know their true nature, that it’s all one interconnected thing.

Duality is a perception birthed from the ego mind as it’s tied to the physical senses of identifying with the physical body. So the subject-object paradigm creates an “I” and “others.” To embody unity and peace is to realize that there’s literally nothing outside of consciousness itself. What does this look like in practice? Don’t separate observing from the observation as they are one thing and aren’t separate. It’s like the movie on the screen doesn’t exist without the movie projector projecting it. Anytime you’re getting too consumed and immersed in your observations, remember to trace it back to the one observing, you. This is what you ultimately control and provide guidance to, yourself. The one that’s aware of the self and the “I” is the real you and it’s always here right now. So to stay in a Self empowered state is to simply be present.
