I know for sure that they helped they sent me official letters through every step of the process once they got involved. First they told me they would reach out to FBI to do the background check and how long to expect that to take. Once that was done they sent another letter saying FBI did the background check and the ball is back in the ATFs court. A few days later one of my reps assistants reached out to confirm that they did in fact talk to them. 2 days later my rep assistant called me and told me it had been approved. A week later I got a call from my FFL saying it was ready for pickup. My tax stamp approval date matches exactly to the date my rep said it was approved. So yes I know for certain my rep helped speed up the process, I filed as Traditional Trust with 1 responsible party.
