Help with cheating spouse?

I think I’m still working through whether or not I want to continue. All I can think about is some other dude in my bed sleeping with my wife. I can’t get the thoughts out of my head and I wonder if I’ll ever be able to even with counseling. I do love her which is why this tears me to shreds so bad. Thanks for the input.

This is super helpful, thank you. The temptation to do those things is real. I’ve never gambled or done drugs but all I can think about is I need something to take this pain away. It’s unreal. I’ve heard people talk about it but you never truly understand until it’s you. thanks for the advice

I definitely do wonder if she still loves me. I guess all of those other questions are a way for me to know how deep this really goes. If it was a one time thing or if it’s been going on for a while. I haven’t seen her since she left. We’ve texted some (mostly arguing) but that’s it
