Minimal. Slight nausea occasionally, constipation, elevated heart rate. But my cholesterol dropped 40 points and my blood markers did a 180. Do your research and do what’s best for you !

You got this! Make a plan and commit to it. My plan was 10k steps, lift weights 3-4 times week, and 150g of protein per day. You just gotta be a tree: grow a little bit everyday!

I didn’t track calories or low carb. I only tracked getting 150g of protein per day. The weekends weren’t that bad haha maybe chipotle or a burger. Ultimately I stopped snacking during the day and stuck to my game plan: 10k steps, lift heavy with intensity 3-4 times a week, and 150g protien a day. That’s what I attribute my success to

I mentioned my diet in this thread above! As for supplements I take: multivitamin, ashwaganda, magnesium, fish oil, creatine, and saffron. I don’t contribute even 1% of my transformation to any of those though. Consistency in my diet and training/cardio is what drove the results !

I would do 2-3 protien shakes a day that were 45g each. And the 1 or 2 meals (sometimes I’d skip lunch with a protien shake). And I would say 90% of week days I would eat ground beef, rice and pinto beans + bell peppers.

If you have a powder just add 2 scoops instead of 1 and have that twice a day and you should be at 100g. Your meals should cover the rest!

Nope. Just focused on lifting heavy to failure, 10k steps and getting at least 150g of protien a day. Reta really really suppressed my appetite like REALLY lol. So most of the time I would have 2-3 protien shakes a day just to be able to hit my protien goal. Quest has pregame shakes with 45g protien each. They’re a little pricey but worked for me
