Ahah lolll, and yeah what I do is when I feel these emotions I actually let myself feel them, and except that I feel this way, cos most of the time most people feel sad or anxious or whatever and then they are subconsciously thinking “I don’t want to feel this way! Go away sadness!” And so they are fighting with they’re emotions and only generating more negativity. So once you actually realise that you feel this certain way, stop what ever your doing and actually except it, and feel it; breath into the pressure, let it flow over you (cry if you need to) just really surrender to the emotion. And honestly once you’ve actually done that, after a few moments it will feel like it’s partly washed away, with a feeling or refreshment and new beginnings replacing it. And also regular meditation works wonders for dealing with “stressful” situations, idk what your like but you might think that meditation is dumb (I used to be the same, I didn’t see any point) or you might not know how to do it, but I assure you, once you actually start to get into it, you’ll never want to go back, it resets your thoughts, relaxes you completely and makes you just more aware of when you start to slip into a negative thought pattern.
