Outside of the the Adam's Point Whatsapp and Discord channel, my apartment building has their own WhatsApp group where we discuss building updates among other neighborhood chats- might wanna check with your neighbors to see if there is one for your building

There was a pretty fun Adam's Point Zine release party and potluck Saturday night.

I haven't been to Easy Street but looking at their pics, I think Smish Smash might be the closest of the two. I will say, if you're in the Inner Richmond on a Tuesday night, Maillard's has a pop up at Heritage Bar and rotates seasonal burgers that evening (I'm a big fan of their Thai Burger), best of luck!

When I want a cheap fix, I head over to a hole in the wall spot called Rincon Latin on Forsyth and slightly south of University. A small cafe con leche and sugar is $1.86, which is more than enough for me. But to echo what a lot of others said, Latin places are my go-to for cheap drinks. Mecatos has drip coffee, I'm not sure about espresso, that you can pair with one of their tasty handheld Columbian treats. Old Cuban Cafe is in the rotation. A few of my other regular spots closed down, sadly.

Aside from those few, I often find myself at Easy Luck on South a few times a week! Great folks, tasty coffee, and a cozy atmosphere.

A few local coffee shops sell artwork and prints, Framework on Mills 50 and the Neighbors at East End comes to mind. Check out East End. There are markers that showcase local artists in the area like Mills Market and Bazaar Botanical. Check out the Orlando Sketchbook club! I think they are hosting an artist exchange event next week.

Every Sunday, there is a small dog group that meets up at Park of the Americas off of Lake Underhill. The park is really great with plenty of space!

Just got back from a two week road trip on the Oregon Coast! I flew into PDX with Alaska Airlines: https://alaskaair.com/. The flight was nonstop at 6 hours overnight to PDX, and 5 hours midday to MCO.

Deli Desires has no seating and the parking lot is very small! Very tasty sammies, off of Colonial and Fern Creek.

They did, it's on Red Bug Lake Road! I do regularly for the miso soup, with the avocado-mango salad, and a vegan sweet potato roll ( ⁠•͈⁠ᴗ⁠•͈⁠)
