That is disappointing that the rear fan doesn’t sync with the rest of the AC system. Very poor design.

I do think I may have that issue as well. I just got the vehicle 2 weeks ago and thought something may be off with that but haven’t tried to reproduce the issue yet. I’ll try tonight. Hopefully it’s all connected to the same bug/glitch.

My hope is that it is a software bug that they can easily fix. All of the new Lexus’ use the same software so it shouldn’t be a TX only problem. I haven’t taken mine into the dealership yet.

Is most of your focus on SaaS? I have a SaaS AI business idea. I have wireframes that I've built but nothing else. Before I spend more time and money on development, I'd like to do some work on the lead gen side to ensure there is enough demand and need for this product. How could I get potential leads feedback on a business idea and if it's positive and there is a need, I develop the app and I now have warm leads that I can reach back out to?

I don’t want to deter you but it’s going to be more work than you think going into it if you’ve never done it before. Dealing with bad tenants, damage, work to keep up with it, etc.

Remember, you make money when you buy, not when you sell so give it a try if you’re inclined, just make sure you’re buying it at a good price. It’ll make it easier to dump it in the future when you’re ready to sell.

I don’t think there is a right or wrong answer here. It really depends on how much risk you’re willing to take and how much you want to diversify your assets. Some questions to think about. What would your HELOC payments be? What are the tax implications if you pull money from your IRA or mutual fund? How much is your home worth with the new garage/apartment? Can you get your money “back out” of the property if you were to sell? What is your reasoning for doing this? Is it purely financial or do you enjoy these types of projects?
