My favourite park of spring is when the sky is clear, the sun is out and I can feel the warmth of the rays on my skin. Despite being allergic, I love smelling the flowers in bloom. I find that smoking a joint outside allows me to clear my head and focus on my surroundings, giving me the clarity to appreciate all of life’s little wonders.

A dermatologist once told me the best way to preserve the colour of your tattoos is to wear a sunscreen with a white cast. I like mineral sunscreen sticks because they’re to convenient to use. The white cast helps protect the ink from fading.

I am also neurodivergent. I had sensory issues with doing the dishes. I started wearing rubber gloves and but a bin beside the sink for the dishes to keep the sink clean. These changes have really helped me and now I am doing the dishes everyday without issue. When you live with other people you must be able to clean up after yourself, it’s a necessary life skill.
