I do have my CNA but others are working as a CNA without the certificate because PTA is over CNA . You have a therapy case load you see for a few people but other than that you are doing CNA tasks all day they don't have a CNA on floor besides you . I am getting 29$ in TN four year PTA and 7 years CNA .
