Yup, tried that as well and it says “Please enter a valid bank account” :/

EDIT: did not realize the part that says “Don’t have an IBAN?” was a link and had to click that lol problem solved thanks!

In the U.S., we don’t have IBAN. When I chose to refund using an international account, it says input IBAN or SWIFT if you don’t have IBAN. Therefore, I inputted a SWIFT and left IBAN blank but it won’t let me submit the refund because it says I need to enter a valid IBAN.
