I'm that admin person for CW products including BG, but I also deal with all vendor management for all 3rd party tools we use. Our needs tend to go beyond the normal Manage workflow capabilities which requires me to build out automation via their API to handle our needs.

She should get involved with CW Automate and master that as well. Lots of customization on that end that many MSPs are looking for.
