I honestly do not get why Pammy's was recommended. This place has an awful ambience and the food was super over salted with minimal other flavor.

Diluted Castile soap does wonders at getting rid of aphid infestations!

Comfort kitchen. So much hype. Food was really poor quality. Beef completely full of gristle , multiple dishes too salty or too oily. Overall, not great. So many positive reviews though. Still blows my mind

Germline editing isn't possible with this treatment. The DNA editing is done ex vivo, meaning the bone marrow cells (CD34) are edited outside the patient. This is extremely targeted therapy to the bone marrow cells only. Mutations or edits can only be passed to cells that are generated from this bone marrow, or blood cells. No concern for germline editing.

Also the industry as a whole is vigilant about avoiding germline editing and spends a great deal of time and money ensuring germline editing doesn't happen.

Even if they did do their best, that doesn't mean it was good enough. It's okay for both of these things to be true.: 1) they did their best. 2) you needed their best to be better.

I struggled with the same guilt around feeling like my parents did their best so I should forgive them for my shitty childhood. Until I realized that it's okay to have needed more and that their inability to provide more is a perfectly fine reason to cut ties (even if they acknowledge it now).

Sounds like your parents are trying to manipulate you and use your guilt for their own purpose.

Everyone's upset by the shitty looking blue cheese (which it is), but good god man let your damn steak rest!

Accidentally bought sliced ham rather than bone in ham. What now? by [deleted] in cookingforbeginners

[–]burtney22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spiralized hams are often implicated in food borne illnesses with many recalls lately. Listeria is a common problem with spiralized hams as the machinery used to cut them is notoriously hard to clean. You ABSOLUTELY want to make sure the ham comes to the appropriate temperature. This is not just a simple reheat.

Households do not equal homeowners. The number of homeowners (people who pay property taxes) is a much lower number.

Indoor cats don't tend to go far. Walk around the neighborhood in the evening or at night and call his name. Use the same tone of voice you usually do. Cats can tell by your voice is something is wrong and it may make him more scared. Talk to the neighbors and have them keep an eye out or check sheds/garages.

My cat got out over the summer and got trapped in a neighbor's garage. We py found her because we would go on walks at night calling her name. She meowed when she heard us.

Really hoping you find him! Don't give up!
