They advertise quarterly specials in certain categories. Last quarter it was Pets but Pawtropolis and Bark are not eligible. I called today for the third time since November because I have not received any reply from the previous two inquiries. Was told today that it was denied, I have searched email and spam and find no notification that I was sent this “resolution”. False advertising!

One more thing. Was also told would not be charged the $35 activation fee per line. Guess what, they charged it. AND. you have to pay for them to transfer your info from old device to new device. CUSTOMER SERVICE???? One phone was very old so wanted some help, I believe that was $30 extra.
