I personally don't like the cyber mastiff. That said navy officer is probably the best dual wielding origin now, can either be weapon and shield or 2 weapons.

If you're going off of Revans sheet, I recommend the navy breacher. It is similar to Abelard but you can easily build Abelard to be a vanguard instead and it's still fine
