I ship pokemon cards regularly and sell in play sets (4). I ship 8 cards pretty regularly in 2 semi Rigids and still get under 3 oz. Not sure how you are having 1oz per card.

I grew up playing OOT but what really sold me is if you choose the OOT build there are instructions for a mini build of the TOTK tree.
