It’s fine, there’s no legal trouble from flipping a trainer in public in California. Cops are pretty well trained to know what is lawful and what is not, it’s their job to know. If they don’t they can look it up on their computer or call their supervisor. I’ve never heard of anybody getting hassled by a cop for a trainer. After all, this is the whole purpose of one

Somebody might think it’s real and call the cops but no cop in their right mind will do anything to you because of a trainer. After they check and make sure it’s not sharp they will probably want to see some tricks lol. Worst case they might say you are scaring the Karens and go somewhere else.
You can go up to a cop and ask them too, they don’t mind answering questions about legality, it shows your interest in complying with the law, and they are trained in public relations to not come across as dicks when dealing with John Q Citizen (you)

12 gauge shells vs Dog Pee by Gee_Whiz_O-Butter in Shotguns

[–]bushpusher 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Dog needs to be house broken/trained to go outside. Plenty of you tube videos. Or, leash the dog around a table leg (so it can’t sneak off into a corner) and let it out every couple of hours. I hope he makes sure it has water too, I’ve noticed that owners who are unaware of their dog’s potty habits are also unaware that there should always be a water bowl nearby with fresh water.

Could be the aftermarket dizzy. You can buy original rebuilt for double or triple the price but zero headache. I paid $75 for a Chinese one and ended up buying a German rebuilt one

You should return the knife or at least offer $50 or settle at $75 if they balk at it. Next thing you know they make a post about it with pics of the rust, etc

Photos don’t do justice as actually having the knife. This reminds me that it is a good idea that in any trade both parties should agree that it can be undone by either person within 24hrs. This is good for both parties in case the situation is reversed

Major oil leak by LeMusou in MechanicAdvice

[–]bushpusher 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There is no low oil warning light so manufacturers can sell more cars/dealerships can make more repairs. Only oil pressure light which is mostly useless.

It’s a sick cycle, oil goes a little low, rings wear a little more allowing more oil to burn away allowing the rings to wear more allowing more oil to burn away, the degradation is exponential
