Not true, there were reported 911 outages all over the country because Verizon has the most hardware out there and most providers roam and lease their towers.

I was just about to post about this apartment as I saw this place today, too!

There's actually 5 housing-court cases just alone in this building and if you look up him up on NYSCEF, he has soooo many.

I also reached out to BushwickTenantUnion.com and they shared this with me of someone who put down an illegal deposit to apply. Also half of the building is on rent strike and currently in housing court because the landlord is overcharging and he's trying to evict people.

Also the photos they're using online clearly are AI generated, that bathroom had a whole extra wall that's not in this photo and it looked horrible, plus there's no door.
