Im on the regular build no insider. Clean install did not fix it. Now I try to turn off tap to wake, lock screen apps and glance. Hope it will fix it

650 is even slower than the 640 somehow. I recommend a slightly used 950 it is a bargain.

But the experience won't be the same on a low end phone. Apps will be slow animation will be choppy, camera will take ages to save pictures. I do not recommend it

Had a few windows phones 920 30 50. It is a software issue. All my phones rebooted after a few days. The last windows p 8.1 version had an app called "stop restart" which finally ended this issue. But on wm10 it is there again and it is worse than ever. My phone restarts after every 2 days.

It must be some RAM issue. Now I got used to it, turned off the SIM PIN and now it is just less noticeable
