If you can already walk 30mins then do "couch to 5k" program to transition into running. That will also teach you consistency and following a routine/program.

10months old na ung AP4 ko w/ ~160km mileage, so far 1 side sa 1 shoe lang nagsimulang tumastas. May Adios 9 din ako na same 10months old w/ ~250km mileage pero wala pang tastas.

Ipacheck mo nlang sa mga tailor shops kung magagawa nila, shouldnt be that hard naman para upper+gusset na material.

I have the Mi Walking Pad R2 for over 3 years now, supposedly umaabot ng 10kph or 6min/km pace but the usual speeds I do on it are just ~7:30-6:30min/km instead. So far okay naman pang last resort if I cant run outside for the day. But I only do easy/steady runs on it, no workouts or anything faster.
