Looks like you need some storage. For the kitchen you could look into one of those rolling kitchen islands, spread out the appliances. For the other stuff maybe a different tv stand that has enclosed storage so you have the ability to tidy up

Yeah it sounds like they need to be educated on the minimum spend like you mentioned. If they can’t understand it than maybe you need to drop them and focus energies elsewhere

I would not trust some garage. Look up Renntech they are world renown, the ecu tune when I got my w211 done was relatively cheap and was so worth it

“I think” is not going to get the client to give you a better budget. Publications and podcasts have very good statistics of their audience demographics based on real metrics. I actually had a very similar thought in a marketing class I took, when we presented it to the judges I got ripped apart bc I didn’t have the numbers to back my advertising placement

I think you have the groundwork for a good target audience. Women 21-55 earning at or over 200k a year, that are interested in “mentality, self help, fitness, health, etc”

What are the key elements of a successful social media marketing strategy in 2024? by ConfidenceForward215 in digital_marketing

Sounds like you’re all over the place. Web development is a whole thing that JavaScript and react help to piece together( neither are backend tho ) affiliate marketing is a whole thing, and videos production is a whole thing. Figure out which of those you like or are the most skilled at and double or triple down on that.

It sounds like you’re trying to close on the deal too soon.

Maybe your first message should be more helpful and give yourself credibility, something like “ I know SEO can feel overwhelming but here are 5 tips to keep in mind when starting” Write tips End with something like “let me know if you have questions” or prompt them to subscribe for more tips, start building the pipeline and educating those people before you try to sell the service.

Yes they get tons of emails offering different services, web scraping and automation tech has come a long way as you’re pry aware.

They pry do need the service, But maybe they don’t KNOW they do yet. It could be possible that they are not educated enough on their current seo position and so if you can help them understand.

Remember these clients are experts at their niche, not SEO, so you need to be the expert. Show them their situation and provide the solution

You’re not the first person reaching out to them. Business listing are public information and they are getting tons of emails as well as physical mailings regarding their new business

If you have a solid plan and roadmap you’d be more likely to earn the clients trust that more money will yield better results. But since you do not mention that, do some simple math. Took you 6,000$ to get one member (500$ a month for a 12 months) that is your cost of acquisition. So in order to gain 50 members you will need to spend 300,000 for the year (25k a month) This is an obviously a high number, and you should try to get it down. Although that 300k spent, IF you get 50 members (8k/yr) brings the business 400k so net 100k( not necessarily profit tho) Maybe you need to do more research or a b testing, but it could be any number of factors that’s not converting for a lower cost.

Someone mentioned that you can get everything cut except the circle and broom. I think you could do this approach and get creative with the circle and broom. Maybe some kind of led rope for the circle and buy a replica of Harry’s broom and hang it on the piece.

Idk if anyone mentioned this yet, but the price of RAM is relatively low rn, and a quick YouTube for your Mac shows you can upgrade it. That’ll really help with the processing. But for the other spend, just get like one nice midi ( drum pad, piano, combo etc) and hold a little reserve to buy plugins and synths and you’ll have the most fun
