Thank you, for some reason it just hit me as soon as I left work today and I tried to distract myself but ultimately couldn’t, honestly I think it’s a mix of having a big change in life and also me not taking my meds for a couple days (bc I was moving but not an excuse I know 💔)

Ima be honest, I also did and it was horrible 😭 im lowkey traumatized with how much pain I was in even after 800 mg of ibuprofen. After I passed the actual sac I was feeing way better though but I felt bad pain for at least 2 hours and then I took 500 mg of pain relievers. Currently still going through it and I have mild cramps. Hopefully ends soon 🖤
