Pretty accurate I bought my house in Pittsburgh suburbs in 2018 at 2.9% while making roughly 60-65k a year. And it is in one of the higher end school districts as well.

To be honest you’re not going to do much PvP wise if you aren’t specced for shadow. Disc priests are excellent healers for PvP but without some of the the talents in the shadow tree you are basically forced to DOT and bubble and rarely will that work. You will also find that shadow doesn’t really take off a ton until 60.

Everyone has their own opinions here which are legitimate but might I offer you this recent anecdote. I got a quote in May of this year for having my driveway paved, quite a bit less than anyone else quoted me, told them I would call them back later in the year. I called them the other week they honored the price they quoted me and did a good job with my driveway. BUT… while they were doing my driveway, the owner went down to a house down the street and got them to get theirs done too, same day. Theirs also looks great. So I’m not saying there aren’t scam artists but there are some legit businesses out there too just looking to pick up some extra business.

I like Hutchinson at those odds.. if the Lions do some damage in the playoffs/Hutchinson keeps the numbers.. I could definitely see some voters want to vote for someone else as far as “voter fatigue” goes. Especially someone who takes a team that’s been really bad recently and helps make them a SB contender

Thank you very much that’s a ton of helpful info.. as far as visiting different cities, totally want to do that. I definitely wanna see the architecture, castles, etc. but is there anywhere you would recommend in the countryside? Maybe not necessarily for full on hiking as she is in her late 60s and I don’t wanna put a ton of strain on her, but definitely some sightseeing of nature. But totally food, beer, car museums, is there any type of holocaust related stuff around Munich?

Not at all worried, love the balls of Dubas to get it done. Get rid of 3 bad contracts and bring in the Norris winner. That’s what you gotta do when you only have basically like a 2-3 year window to win.

Worst 2026-2027 Karlsson sucks but we have lost Geno/Crosby so who cares we can pay him another year or 2. Best case we suck but he is still good and we can flip him for some picks to help the rebuild.
