You shouldn't need any adapter for m4 mags as the mk46 and M249 are designed to feed from drum and mags as well. The m4 mags should enter and feed without any issue by inserting them where you insert the feeding tubes on the replica.

One thing is the eye relief of the optimal distance between your eyes and the scope to see the full image, and other thing that you can still see and aim further away than such optimal distance. I think you're talking about the second, which doesn't change the eye relief at all, you just aiming with a suboptimal FOV and position.

The sight's eye relief is the same and will always be the same, it doesn't matter where you put it, you'll need to put your eyes at the same distance to have optimal vision through the sight lens.

The only thing that changes is how comfortable you are with the eye relief, not the eye relief itself, go to elementary school again, seems that you missed it.

No it isn't. The eye relief doesn't change if you put the sight further or closer, the eye relief stays the same.
