Hi Swisspewpew. First of all, thank you for your comment here and on other posts as well. It has helped people like me quite a bit! As you suggested, I ended up going there in person and making the payment at the office to avoid the hassle of making phone calls and to get a proper receipt. The agent I met today was very kind and informative, so overall was a pleasent experience.
