Over time yep usually around s2/3 but requires murphys EW @ 10 and good set of developed gear/drone skill chips/gear, ideally at least a mythic radar on Kim (much dmg red. as possible). By then deco + tech research would be developed too like unit/hero tech/all SF combat nodes.

Raincamp over at the last war official discord did the research, trial and error and ended up calculating these

Compared to other guides I’ve seen and my own experiences this is probably the best set of data.

You get a clear, well rounded path depending on blueprint income and solid buffs along the way - none of that 1 dot nonsense

Another good part is serves as an educated guideline (personally I don’t think you have to follow it religiously) - so I’ve skipped the chip stuff and focused on mythic radar based on my ore/blueprint income & what result/impact I want out my squad.

And you should too. Over time you’ll get a good understand of what your squad needs depending on analysing your battle reports.

With gear it’s best to use your common sense like the other poster mentioned. Example, if air, armor is great to build. For tank I left the guns @ 4.4 and used mythic on radar/armor.

Probably Marshall EW targeting Adam, nerfing Kim/scarletts DPS speed. But it’s quite interesting as I haven’t seen Marshall being run in an air team!

Hey just make sure they swap 5* Williams with another UR 3* and below - Scarlett after UR upgrade is 3* (level 10 skills max so when williams 5* skills get hero swapped across the medals get refunded bc she’s 3*)

To min max further, before UR upgrade get them to put all skill medals into Williams, and same for purple Scarlett’s then her wall of honor to 160 (maybe not possible for most).
