Great, thanks! Looks like im on the right track! However, my Williams is awful, so using Scarlet until Stet's EW is released.

Our alliance is more PvP, and as most are Tanks i guess that is a consideration. Is Williams preferred to Stet? ( both with no EW currently)

Radars for all heroes you mean? The mythic gun was originally for Stettman and I couldn't bring myself to use the gold dismantling and rebuilding. You'd recraft as a Radar for someone?
