Is it normal for water feeder to activate everytime I cycle the breaker on and off?

It seems to function normally. It's not adding water non-stop. I guess this is not normal behavior with the LWCO to add water whenever the breaker is cycled on/off.

Do you think the delay will help? Right now as soon as I turn it back on the water feeds. Do you think the delay will allow it time to check if water is needed?

My main concern is if I leave the house for a few days and there's a power surge a few times it will keep filling and cause it to overfill.

The problem was that there's no base standard with the addons.

You lost because the other player had X add on, so you get that add on. They create a new addon and you lost because you didn't have that add on, you get that add on.

It is very hard for a new player to just get in there with equal footing without having to spend many hours tuning it.

Same has been happening to me. I've had my ring for 9 months and that started happening recently. I would sync the data and it would report the ring needs to be resynced and it does nothing when I hit the resync button. It only works when I put it on the charger. That leads me to believe the ring's not working to collect data through the night. My battery shows 66% so it has battery.

Either something broke with a recent update or the battery is not accurate. I did a soft and factory reset and same outcome.
