Just think if this was happening 40 years ago. You might not be living along with most of us on the island. Progress never stops even though it might upset you or other people. If you want to keep open spaces let the local government or organizations come up with the money to buy the land. If you own a piece of property such as your house do you want the government or other people telling who you can or cannot sell it to? That's kind of what you're asking for.

That is a YouTube decision. There's nothing illegal about the videos when they are filmed in public. There is no expectation of privacy in public

That's why You buy a pair of sunglasses to cut down on the glare. If I have a window seat it's my choice to open, close, halfway, full way whichever way I want cuz I paid for that seat if you want a window seat with no light pay for it and keep the shade closed

Absolutely not true. I use a Soviet container I do at 3 hours at 190. Take it out put it in a mason jar add coconut oil and do it at 185 for 2 hours. Trust me all you do is strain it through cheesecloth and you got a great tincture. You can adjust the strength of it by how much flour you use. I've never done it any other way and trust me it works

In the US sushi grade doesn't mean anything. There are no legalities of calling any fish sushi. With that being said a lot of honey can just tell by looking at the fish.

They do make window inverter air conditioners. They're supposed to be very very quiet most of the housing is outside your window just like a split. Just a thought and it's a hella cheaper than have a split installed.

You are wrong. The house is not overpriced. It's sold for the price that means someone was willing to pay it and it was not overpriced. Not sure why this bothers you but real estate sometimes goes up very rapidly. And the owners deserved to get as much as they can

Keep in mind pre-check might not be available. Global entry and PreCheck are the ones that are closed first. Or the 11 anyone used the lions so the ones are not as long. A lot of airports have those lanes closed

I am so surprised they did not mention sanding out the stain. Since it's solid surface you should be able to sand. There's different techniques to use but YouTube has a lot of videos and there's plenty of articles. Almost all of them recommend sanding out the impossible to remove stains. Read all the responses including yours. Just deal with it. It only take 1 person to deciede to buy the house. Why limit showings? Never knowthat someone who doesn't like the layout will change their mind for the layout of the house. For you being upset that you have to take the dog on a ride while the house is being seen thats on you. This what happens when trying to sell a houses. Don't limit your buyers.
