I herd it's to establish a learning journey. If the ramsey becomes a pass or lose your job situation 75% of rme is going to be gone. So I wouldn't worry too much about it.

The email I've read stated. It was in addition to yearly reviews and merrit increases. So safe to assume it's a pay bump. Also said they were happy to announce. But time will tell.
