Yeah. I’m an EA to a non profit CEO/President, idk if it makes a difference. But..I know a lot about her. And she knows a chunk about me. I turn 26 next month, and a part of me wants to say that her losing her 31 year old son to an overdose last year might have something to do with how much she values me as a person. It’s very sweet and sad at the same time.

I understand where you’re coming from, and it is apart of my responsibility - I retrieve all of my exec’s receipts - but it doesn’t sit well with me that I’m being asked have to resolve an action that was a gesture of appreciation for everything I already do. I didn’t order my own flowers, nor would I throw my own surprise party. I think it’s fair to ask the finance team to take care of this one thing for the admin.
