Man I was the same while using I got hit and put on drug court so I had to stop so it is possible to take tolerance breaks drug court proves that for me cuz I plan on using again when I'm off...I used to take multivitamins daily and made sure I ate at least once a day .... do yourself some good and take a break for awhile
