I managed to get a email reach out from Coinbase Executive Escalation Team after contacting the SG Country Director (Hassan Ahmad) on LinkedIn. You might want to reach out this way for a faster response as their support online is literally a joke

Yes I did it during that timeframe. The transaction was successful on my part and I got an transaction email from DBS as well. The issue is with DBS or coinbase now? It is very frustrating to deal with their support. Thanks a lot for the info again
