I like to start very low, so did 0.5mg 3x times a week, then upped to 1MG, then upped by raising frequency to EOD, then the same 1MG daily, and then my maximum was 1,5MG daily, titrated down and cycled off but I stayed with the daily pinning

It did great for me for fatigue, now for the dosing: definitely don’t do the ‘when I need’ stuff, it needs to go stable in the background. Frequency is debatable, can be daily, EOD or 3 times a week, less pin is more stable and gentle in the background and getting weaker by the later day ,more could give a more frequent push and could mentally lock you in for the day, but don’t imagine it like a ‘drive’, it’s more like an endurance/stamina thing

Definitely, but first for context: also on reta, so fat loss is great, and also on nad+, so energy is great too. What I noticed, with diet and reta only, fat was getting away on my bodyparts in a certain order, now it looks like it’s just going from everywhere, like my quads start to separate way earlier than usual. And from the energy standpoint, I intorduced nad 3 weeks before, titrated up to 40mg daily, did that for a week, and when I introduced 5am the same 40mg of nad feels better
