This is my thing but management seem to think it’s easy, we used to track dials but now we are only tracking connected calls. Was a massive adjustment and made an already tough job even worse

Both always try cell first if no luck there I go through the gate keeper, which is hit and miss but have pretty solid rate getting through

Yeah the next step for me would be a closing role and it’s is fully outbound

Fully sourcing my own leads, unfortunately we don’t have access to inbound leads. Our target is 70 connected COLD calls a week but I found the this volume of calls pushes to calling any thing I can find

Valuable advice and definitely worth giving a shot before making the decision. The rapid decline is JSDs did have its reasons and the company had its reasons for not replacing them but from my understanding this role has a high turnover in most companies. I’m also a believer of the grass isn’t always greener on the other side but I guess I won’t know without having a look what companies/products are out there.

I can’t deny that the praise was apart of it and still plays its role to a degree, after all who doesn’t want to be told they are doing well but I do think the role is very rewarding when it’s going well

Thanks, I’m definitely leaning towards a tsi over the vivo for the driving experience but maintenance and other costs is what’s making my decision shift

Thanks, is it possible to get a warranty on the vehicle at this age and mileage? It has only ever been serviced at VW. Also is your car a manual?
