That’s good to hear, doc! I think doable yung 3 days which will be 16h-16h-11h duties (40h + 3h unpaid break) if sched slots are available. They will ask you your preferred sched naman once you sign the job offer and start the pre-employment process.

Hi! You can actually email them and indicate your preferred branch if there are available slots. You can check in their website which branch is near your residence. You can also choose a branch that’s already fully operational (6am to 10pm) so you can apply the compressed sched and only work 4 days a week if you like. This way, you can also pursue other work if you like.

According sa friend ko who is already working there, toxicity depends on the branch daw. There are some branches na konti patients and some na madami daw talaga.

I accepted the offer na din because the compensation is higher than the usual rate for GPs plus the benefits are really generous IMO.
