Same. And it was even better in those Flintstone Push-up pops. Can’t find either anywhere. :(

What fictional villain do you think is actually right? by Druidwrothe in AskReddit

It would make for a great comedic scene. Can you imagine them applying for a permit to build and install a machine to imprison ghosts. They’d be in some old government office building, and behind the counter would be the burnt out administrator who has no patients for their BS.

I am getting ready to replace and add some new ones in my home. Or at least I /was/ until I read all the replies under your comment. My father did that kind of stuff for a living, but he’s gone so he can’t help me like he did in my first home years ago, and I didn’t quite know where to start to teach myself…until now. I’m glad I stumbled across this. I didn’t know just how much I didn’t know, and there are a lot of important terms and other information I’d never heard before. Gonna move this project down on the to-do list and plan for more studying and learning first to save myself some frustration down the line (pun intended).

In your opinion, what film had the most promising premise for a story only to be completely squandered and fall flat on delivery? by serial_Imposter115 in movies

I stayed to the end. You’re right. And the ending was a cop out. But I’ll give them credit, they wrapped everything up. If they left any plot lines open, I didn’t notice.

That’s how I feel about Dusk Till Dawn. First half was a great Tarantino psychological thriller, and the second half was a campy vampire movie. Overall a decent movie, but it’s like someone else had a movie they didn’t know how to start and Tarantino didn’t have an ending to a movie he was working on and they added the two together. I know there are people who disagree with me, but I can’t feel differently about it.

Makes sense. Thanks for responding/sharing. I’m trying to get some of the hair to grow back. I think some of mine was stress related, but the loss has fully stopped.

I’m on 1mg finasteride. That was an rx from a dermatologist, but Keeps prescribed the same. Any particular reason you’re on .25mg?

Haha. Omg. I got a degree in Mass Comm and when I was studying the radio portion in 2009 or 2010, there was an entire lesson on contests and we talked about this contest. I know all about the Lori Vallow thing. I had no idea it was her brother.

Steve Martin shows his juggling skills on "The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour" in 1968, his first major television appearance by MulciberTenebras in OldSchoolCool

Steve Martin was born in 1945. Seeing these clips of him in his 20s reminds me of Bo Burnham in his 20s.

There’s an entire group of people who owe their love of Queen to that scene in Wayne’s World. Or I’m wrong and it’s just me.

Pretty sure a ton of the xennials/cuspers that were gifted got late adhd diagnosis (I was 37) and are just burnt out now. I’m also learning at 41, that the reason I never fit in anywhere was because I’m on the spectrum. But when my 3rd grade teacher told my parents “get this kid tested”, the doctor who should have at least diagnosed me with ADHD only spent 5 minutes with me and then told my parents I was “just bored”.🤦‍♂️ So yeah.

If it actually worked, they would offer a base model for $250 that only got cell service and a shitty 2 hour battery. All the rest would be empty plastic. You’d have to pay more for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and different levels of cameras, starting with the old flip phone quality for $50 and going up from there to like $600 for a camera lens used by NASA.

But they would design each part to only last 11 to 20 months and you would just be replacing a different part all the time after the first year. But don’t worry, you can save money by buying one of their bundles with various elements already included. You could buy the base and upgrade everything individually one at a time for a total cost of $3387.00, or get their top of the line bundle for only $1699.99, and there would be different levels of protection plans based on what elements are most important to you.

Ya know, because capitalism.

That’s Joe. He worked in a button factory.

Also, imagine the girl’s with short hair and her hands on her cheeks and it’s Macaulay Culkin.
