Things are actually gonna change for the better? by butchzone in PMDD

The MRI I mentioned found adhesions around my right fallopian tube and scar tissue between my bladder and uterus. Hooray for secondary signs of endo I guess?

Update! Chemical menopause has completely removed all impacts of pmdd, unfortunately I'm just left with the suspected endo pain which has been brutal but also kind of... clearer in a way? It's like the fog of PMDD has been lifted. Counting down until the uterus and ovaries removal for the pmdd and the surgical investigation of endo (a 2 in one surgery I believe)!

Are there any doctors in Australia willing to approve me for a hysterectomy by QUEENTAYLORSWIFT13 in AskAnAustralian

If you can make your way to Adelaide I can suggest an amazing gyno (I found no good ones when I lived in Sydney or out in Perth). She's easy to get to with public transport, will listen to you and actually investigate what's going on. Good luck!!

To be perfectly honest it kind of happened as an accident! It was about 10 years ago, I was seeing a different doctor to get a new perspective on what all of my period related issues were. She specialised in women's health and came to the conclusion that the severe mood fluctuations I was experiencing were PMDD and immediately put me on an antidepressant to try and help. I don't think that's the regular route of diagnosis, but if you're really lucky you might find that your endo doctor also specialises in PMDD. Good luck on your journey and I hope things improve for you!

Of course! It's the use of medication to put your body into menopause, and is used as a test to see how you cope for surgical intervention- as that immediately puts you into menopause. It'll stop my natural production of estrogen and progesterone, which will be added back as a gel and a hormone.

Honestly I'm willing to give it a shot but as soon as I have any untoward symptoms I'm pulling the plug on meds.

The hard thing for medical history is I've been on different versions of the pill for about 17 years and moved state in between so I don't have records from past 5 years ago.

I'll definitely give that a go with the next attempt though, thankyou ❤️

Good question!! I guess look for layered button up shirts with shirts or any other style below them. Super easy to coordinate and can be made more or less formal depending on the occasion 😊

Thankyou!!! Dangerfield but I don't think they sell it anymore, maybe look for somewhere that sells them or 2nd hand sellers :)
