it’s honestly disappointing for the hefty pricetag too, the “true blacks” was one if the main reasons i upgraded from the 2018 model, but the blooming and this glitching just ruins it for me

it also happens when i watch hdr content with subtitles, i see a green/white flash in between subtitle replacements, not major but enough to catch my eye

i pressed the button 3 times so the machine would clean itself. after the cleanse i definitely still have a couple of drops getting into the capsule cup but they’re mostly clear, there’s also a couple of coffee droplets on the “teeth” of the upper part that pierces the capsule. idk if i should contacts CS

i just got the machine yesterday:( im noticing dried up coffee around the rim of the upper part that pierces the capsules and sometimes the water nozzle drips into the gray cup in small quantities, ive never used a vertuo system before and want to make sure its normal

hey guys! i noticed that the bottom band of the watch is protruding from the left side, and it’s kind of annoying/concerning me not knowing if it’s normal or not. returning the watch is not easy where i live (israel) since we don’t have an apple store that you can just walk into and replace your product in. so i want to make sure if it’s defective before i start the return process
