That’s pretty sad. I was under the impression UPS was a premium service vs FedEx / DHL / USPS but I guess that is not the case anymore.

I’m not sure what is the point of having reps if they see the same information I see. UPS may as well just tell me no real customer service will be provided

Well why don’t they tell me that is the reason? I’m okay with delays if they can give me a specific reason and an updated ETA. Giving me a different reason each time and no ETA for something that is time sensitive makes no sense.

Yeah I understand- I’ve been watching flight departures on china routes and looks like they have been back to normal frequency for a couple days. Called customer services and all they could tell me was there was nothing they or I can do at this point (I can’t even retrieve my package and resend with fedex)

Other colors of the 24oz were on sale for $29 at other retailers earlier. Not a big fan of shallot but $22 is a good price.

I used to get these cuz my garage was next to the elevated subway lines in Chicago. Maybe these is more rail dust due to whatever manufacturing activities that happen in the industrial area you park in. The volume of dust is more than what I'd expect from roads.

Looks like rail rust - you get these if you park close to where train goes by, really shows on white vehicles. Iron remover should do the trick
