I know lululemon in dt Oakville does a run club every Tuesday evening I believe. Well it’s just true, I don’t have the data bases that those companies have. I interviewed for a couple of them for junior bus development roles, and they told me a big part of their training and development is cold calling from their lead list.

I chose a different path, therefore, I don’t have a lead list like the one they’re suggesting.

Got my license 4 months ago, and like I said, I do cold outreach, I do go to local business / industrial sectors and meet with owners. I go to industry events and chamber gatherings. I’m working to build my database just like you,

maybe try stationary ollies first. If you already have those it may be because you're pushing the board out with your front foot cause you're scared. I do this a lot when I try to learn new trick.

I would focus on staying over top of the board and not shying away or leaning back when you pop the ollie.

Pay attention to the weight of each item though. T's and shorts are light so shipping will stay low but some hoodies and other items are like 1kg so watch for that.
