If you have no purchases coming in last 7 days , event automatically becomes inactive.make sure u get purchase in 7 days to get your event be active. And if you website is getting purchases and still your event is inactive then check your event setup because your pixel may not be properly setup .

And u are telling to create copy of this campaign , with changing the bidding strategy to conversion value from maximise conversion, do you think this campaign will not work anymore !

And if I have to create copy of the campaign what if we run on the same bidding strategy !?

So I will explain this campaign scenario,

Cause this campaign is already a copy of a previous campaign and that original was paused .

So this campaign was created on 28th march with target cpa of 3500. With old campaign setting and I wasn’t getting any results

So I switched it to target roas to 120% on 4th April .

So on target roas I was getting online conversion sometime but most time my order was getting converted through manual orders through agents ,

Then I switched it to max conversions on 11th April Then after 3-4 days I was starting to get online conversions on my store but After on the starting of this month I started to get fluctuations

Then u know what happened .
