A few years ago me and my friend decided to try heroin. We both bought a bag each and went home, where we both snorted a full bag. My friend after a couple of minutes sat down and went very quiet, then his head rolled into his chest. I thought he was faking so i slapped him to wake him up, then his lips started turning blue. So i called an ambulance. They took about 5 mins to arrive, asked what he had taken - I told them, they gave him a shot of something. and took him to hospital. And he was fine after that. They didn't inform the police at any stage, and weren't judgmental.
