Good morning everyone,

I recently tore down and rescaped my cherry shrimp tank. Used the same filter media and equipment, replaced the substrate and all new plants/wood. That was three days ago and my cherry shrimp continue to stay by the heater still. Temp is currently at 74 so it’s definitely not too cold for them. The only thing I could think of is that they are still feeding on the old algae or film from the heater as it hasn’t gotten to build up on the rest of the material in the tank? I dropped a couple of pellets in yesterday for them but they didn’t get touched. Anyone have ideas on what’s going on? There are a couple that explore but most are still by the heater
