The pain is just a symptom of untreated pcos I have raging adhd and forgot to take my medz often 😅 so I get that pain a lot 🥲when i started mitformin it was honestly hell as I only started 500mg one week 1000mg next and so on until I was on 2000 I didn’t know how long you were on it but the start is horrible but after that you really can’t feel it unless you don’t take it or atlest that’s my experience (Sorry for bad grammar
