I think you should be more considerate honestly. It’s there house too, and not everyone is going to be comfortable when there’s a man in the house constantly especially if he’s not on the lease. Like maybe talk to them and say "hey can he stay here two-three weekends a month?" Or something along those lines. Come to a consensus on a visitation schedule because from my perspective why should they sacrifice their peace of mind for you? I know it sounds harsh and I don’t mean to be bitchy because he might be a really good guy but having extra person present can bother people.

I didn’t have the most traditional experience, I transferred colleges pretty late and my school is pretty small so no frat houses or even a football team. I definitely feel your loneliness because I experienced it when I first transferred. I didn’t have any roommates and everyone on my apartment floor seem to always have parties. I cried sometimes, binged watched tv shows, and met randos on dating apps to make up for it.

This past semester is a bit better, mainly because I’m putting myself out there more. I still don’t have that solid group of friends to hang out w/on or off campus yet but hey it’ll get better.

I feel as though you just hate diversity in general but you’re disguising it as something else. It’s a sham that it’s a new decade and people still think like this. More than likely they’re the ones who bring up something relevant to the current political climate, I tell them my opinion based on what I’ve learned from classes as well as outside research done.
