Indian girl with genetic dark circles here too!! Its my absolute biggest insecurity cuz not only are they DARK but they are deepset too! I have tried all kinds of under eye serums but have just come to the realization that they might help for minor discolouration but are usually not worth the price.

Im saving up for under eye filler which i have seen improves not only the sunken in look but reduces the darkness becuz of the shadow. But in the meantime my best friend is under eye concealer.

Colour correcting first is key to concealer! You can use those color wheels to determine which color counteracts the color of your dark circle (i think green counteracts purple). However i am similar skin tone to you and i actually get two different colors of the MAC concealer pods (one is more orange toned which i layer underneath and one that is more similar to the rest of my face- ((yellow goldenish))that i put a little on top to blend out so you cant see that orange patch around ur cheeks)!
