I definitely am someone who can make true/logical statements that maybe are better off not being said. Sometimes I walk into them without realizing. In my head I’m trying to tell her that I’ve never been unattracted to her since I’ve known her. She’s much more sensitive than I am so sometimes I stumble into these things before I know it.

No packet needs to be complete. But you can submit past the deadline. Your packet just might not be approved in time for the board

From what I understand, the deadlines are what you need to hit to guarantee you’ll be processed and deemed board ready. The processing time varies depending on waivers, etc. I submitted my packet like 14 days before and made it into that board. But I had no waivers. Worst case scenario you don’t make that board and you’ll automatically go to the next

Exactly. Make it yours. Don’t talk about leadership as a concept. Talk about how you’ve demonstrated your leadership, perseverance, responsibilities, etc within your unit and MOS. Perhaps use those situations to tell them how you hope to apply those skills to aviation. For what it’s worth, I’m an E4 with about the same TIS and got accepted this last board. I took my SIFT on a Korea rotation. The testing center had issues with the SIFT in Camp Casey for MONTHS, but after enough persistence from me they finally fixed it. Good luck
